At the most recent Momence CUSD1 Board of Education meeting, Supt. Shannon Anderson presented Sophomore Guadalupe Lechuga, with a Certificate of Academic Excellence for her top 12 semi-finalist finish at the national FFA Convention held in Indianapolis, In. Lechuga earned the right to compete nationally with a 3rd Place finish in the Spanish Creed speaking competition held at the State Convention.
